The company was founded in 2021 in Almaty. The idea came up during the pandemic, when many Kazakhstani people rethought the importance of their homes. This difficult period showed how important it is to have housing in which you can ensure comfortable and safe pastime for all family members. This is how the idea of building suburban cottages and townhouses within transport accessibility to the center of Almaty arose.
We appreciate and support the idea of good neighborliness. Our projects are designed to create unique communities where cottages are more often chosen by members of the older generation, and townhouses and apartments by their children.
