The company was founded in 2021 in Almaty. The idea came up during the pandemic, when many Kazakhstani people rethought the importance of their homes. This difficult period showed how important it is to have housing in which you can ensure comfortable and safe pastime for all family members. This is how the idea of building suburban cottages and townhouses within transport accessibility to the center of Almaty arose.
We appreciate and support the idea of good neighborliness. He has over 11 years of experience in working and managing large-scale projects in the country's largest construction holding. Askar graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of the Eurasian National University, specializing in civil engineering with a red diploma.
He holds an MBA degree and IPMA (International Project Management Association) international certification in project management.
